A CA Intermediate job involves supporting financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance, focusing on tasks like bank reconciliations, ledger closing, GST/TDS filings, and assisting with audits, requiring strong accounting fundamentals, software skills (Tally, Excel), and analytical abilities for roles in accounting firms or corporate finance departments. 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and supporting month/year-end closing processes.

Auditing: Assisting with internal/external audits, gathering documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Taxation: Helping with GST, TDS, income tax filings, and staying updated on tax laws.

Accounting Operations: Reconciling bank statements, managing ledgers, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.

Analysis & Planning: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, supporting budgeting/forecasting, and cost analysis.

Requirements
Work experience as an Accountant. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
