Job Description
We are looking for a Inside Sales / SDR with 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation. The role involves supporting global sales efforts through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. You will work closely with senior SDRs and sales leaders to build strong fundamentals in B2B inside sales and grow into a full-cycle sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Make 30–40 outbound calls per day using tools like CallHippo or similar dialers
Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
Research and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Support outbound campaigns for US / UK / UAE markets
Update and manage lead data, call notes, and outcomes in CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)
Coordinate with senior SDRs on messaging, cadences, and campaign improvements
Participate in regular training sessions, call reviews, and performance discussions
