Job Title: Cabinet Maker
Location: Solihull
Pay Rate: £13.57 per hour
Hours of work: 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker to join our workshop in Solihull. This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a long-term, secure opportunity for the right candidate within a family-like, supportive team.
Breaks:
1 x 1-hour lunch break (unpaid)
2 x 15-minute tea breaks (unpaid)Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacturing cabinets, drawers, and wardrobes to specification
Using power tools and hand tools safely and accurately
Using measuring equipment to ensure precise dimensions and high-quality finishes
Working from handwritten drawings and, occasionally, CAD drawings
Assembling and joining cabinets to specific customer requests
Preparing components for assembly, including cutting, drilling, edging, and finishing
Carrying out basic quality checks and making adjustments where required
