Job Description Job Description Millwork Shop Personnel support the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinetry and millwork products. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, working with high-quality materials to produce custom pieces that meet company standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, and durability. Key Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets, drawers, doors, and millwork components Operate shop equipment such as table saws, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, and routers (training provided as needed) Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production schedules Sand, prep, and finish wood components to quality standards Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and quality checks on completed pieces Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all shop safety procedures and best practices Work collaboratively with shop staff, installers, and management to meet production deadlines Qualifications Previous exper...
