What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled cabinetmakers and installers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.

Participate in the design and development of custom cabinetry solutions to meet client requirements.

Provide design advice, cost estimates and fixture recommendations to clients, based on current market trends.

Oversee the production of cabinetry components in our workshop, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate the installation of cabinetry on-site, liaising with clients and allocated tradespeople to ensure high quality finishes.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labour hours.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cabinetry production processes.
