Job Description
PGS Worldwide is seeking a Cable Inspector in Oldsmar, FL for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role is focused on inspecting cable products, identifying non-conformances, and supporting resolution of quality issues. You will inspect to specifications and work instructions, use a range of measuring devices, and interface with assemblers, engineers, and management while maintaining strong documentation and communication.
Required Skills
Strong background in cable manufacturing and inspection
Experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPC-A-620 standards
Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control/reference documents, and work instructions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
