Cable Installer – Network Operations Division Location:

• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L‑Level (Q‑Level may be required) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Cable Installer to support the Department of Energy’s Network Operations Division.


• This role is mission‑critical and involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of cabling infrastructure in accordance with DOE/NR policies, directives, and operational standards.
• Key Responsibilities Cable Installation & Maintenance Install, maintain, and repair CAT6, telephone, coaxial, and fiber‑optic cabling.
• Support both vertical and horizontal cable runs to the desktop.
• Replace or repair defective components including fiber cables, connectors, and related hardware.
