<h3>Job Description</h3><br><p>The Level 1 Cable Lead shall possess the capabilities of the Level 2 Cable Technician, in addition to the following: Provide technical expertise to team members. Provide daily oversight for executing training and keeping track of tasks that have been assigned. Responsible for ensuring that team members have the technical skills and training necessary to complete their assignments. Cable leads track that each team member’s tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner, and reports deficiencies only to their requisite Cable Support Managers. The cable lead should be energetic and an effective communicator to help ensure that all team members know their assigned tasks and that technical questions are answered.
