We are seeking an entry-level Marine Electrician Helper/Cable Puller to support shipboard electrical modernization projects on U.S. Navy vessels in San Diego. This role involves working closely with Senior Electricians to develop foundational skills in cable pulling, routing, labeling, and basic electrical support tasks. Ideal for individuals looking to grow into a full marine electrician career path while gaining hands-on experience in defense and ship repair programs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist Senior Electricians in preparing cable runs and installations.
+ Transport tools and materials to and within work sites.
+ Maintain safe and clean work areas aboard Navy ships.
+ Learn to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
+ Develop skills in clean and efficient wiring in cabinets.
+ Properly route cables throughout cableways using calibrated tools.
+ Inventory received materials.
