Job Summary
The Inside Plant (ISP) Technician supports data center and low‑voltage infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cabling, hardware, and connectivity inside controlled facilities. This role requires hands‑on technical ability, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Install, label, dress, and patch copper and fiber cabling within data center and ISP environments
+ Perform hardware installation and support, including racks, cabinets, patch panels, and network equipment
+ Follow detailed work orders, site procedures, and documentation requirements
+ Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
+ Adhere to all safety, security, and access control policies
+ Support troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues as needed
