Job Description
*Must have active DoD Clearance*
Responsibilities:
+ Execute cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections.
+ Perform standard cable build, soldering, and testing under supervision, ensuring adherence to IPC Class 3 workmanship standards.
+ Support assembly and testing processes.
+ Review schematics and other technical documentation.
+ Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
+ Communicate updates and technical issues to Lead.
Requirements:
+ U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance.
+ Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (CIS), J-STJ-STD-001 Certified Specialist (CIS) and Connector Assembly Qualification.
+ Minimum 2-4 years of cable assembly experience.
+ Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs.
