Job Description


  • Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining programs using Esprit, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.

  • Convert 2D technical drawings into precise 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and AutoCAD.

  • Design and validate fixtures, jigs, and tooling for new and existing orthopedic implant components.

  • Conduct program prove-outs, prepare setup sheets, and coordinate first-piece inspections with QC.

  • Collaborate with Production, QA, and D&D teams to resolve machining issues and support prototype development.

  • Maintain program documentation, fixture drawings, and version control for all machining projects.

  • Continuously improve machining cycle times, tooling efficiency, and overall process performance.

  • Provide technical support to machine operators and coordinate with tooling vendors for fixture development.
