EXPERTISE:

The role is related to local support of CAD engineering tools (AVEVA ENGINEERING, E3D & DRAW, and DIAGRAMS). The CAD Support Engineer/CAD Administrator will be responsible for file and script management and configuration of the CAD resources as part of the role tasks.

Support the engineering teams working with CAD applications by performing the following tasks and activities:

• Main User Support of AVEVA Engineering activities (bugs resolutions, training, modifications request, catalogue request ...),
• Coordination of CAD activities including new requests and resolution of CAD technical issues for a large number of CAD tools on behalf of the teams,
• Definition, proposition, and follow-up of action plans and roadmaps,
