Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assists in planning and executing store construction and renovation projects.
  • Visits construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
  • Conducts supplier and material sourcing, coordination, and accreditation.
  • Able to collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensures project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Must be able to make CAD plans and store drawings.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, construction, or store planning
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
  • Knowledge of materials and cost estimates
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
