CAD Designer

The CAD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) Operator will be responsible for providing 2D and 3D drafting and design support to the Engineering Department for both Capital and Non-Capital projects. This role supports project planning, equipment layout, and design execution across the facility.

• Compensation: Annual salary of $70,000 and above, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• A well-rounded knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Civil Engineering, as well as Architectural drafting.
• Ability to work in both Imperial and Metric measurement systems.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Extensive experience using Autodesk AutoCAD for 2D drafting and Autodesk Inventor for 3D design.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
