CAD Designer - Land Development

Overview Southland Consulting Engineers has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Civil CAD Designer to join the land development team in our Dallas-based office!

Responsibilities Modeling:

• Create and edit alignments, profiles, and pipe networks; experience modeling corridors and surfaces using assemblies and feature lines is a plus Plan Production: Produce complete, city-approved plan sets for commercial, industrial, data center, and residential land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and other applications, following company standards Quality and Coordination: Coordinate and work with Project Managers and Engineers, perform self-check/QC, track comments, and incorporate redlines to meet regulatory requirements and client expectations Multitasking: Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and exercise time management skills to balance multiple projects and priorities Qualifications High school diploma or ...
