Job Description
This role involves supporting the existing backlog of civil work through drafting primarily in AutoCAD. The drafter will receive sketches from the Senior Drafter to design parameters and scales for the design team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $1 million to $100 million. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality drawings and documentation for civil and architectural projects, with a strong emphasis on building-related drafting.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
+ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop plans for parking lots, retaining walls, multifamily buildings, office fit-outs, and industrial plant expansions.
+ Interpret and apply design standards and specifications.
+ Manage and prioritize workload to complete approximately one project per week.
