Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • With experience in BIM modelling using Revit and AutoCad Software.
  • With experience in rendering models using 3D max and Lumion software.
  • To assist BIM coordination, create and edit BIM models.
  • Able to understand and draw architectural and structural models / drawings.
  • Good grasp of interior and exterior design.
  • Prepare proposal, shop & as-built drawing.
  • Prepare coordination drawing.
  • Conducting clash detection and conflict solution.
  • Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing.
  • Attend contractors meeting and update keep the Engineers involved up-to-date for any changes or new requirement
  • Review design drawings demo contractors and vendors
  • Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM, ensuring the accuracy in drawing
  • Follow up with comments from client and consultants on as-built drawings
