CAD Operator

Overview

The CAD Operator – MPF is responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and layouts for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems using CAD software. This role supports engineers and designers in developing coordinated shop drawings, as-built plans, and other technical documentation in line with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

Drawing & Design Preparation

• Produce detailed 2D/3D drawings for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts as required.
• Modify and revise drawings based on engineer or client feedback.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate MPF layouts with other disciplines (electrical, structural, architectural) to prevent clashes.
