CAD Operator (Head)

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection works of the project.
• Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.
• Attends and at certain times, conducts technical meetings and plan review meetings.
• Reviews the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans.
• Reports discrepancies or design issues between the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager and shall prepare the necessary clarificatory documents.
