TECHNICAL Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Trade Contractors on technical details of Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS works.
• Supervise preparation of Body Plans, Wall Setting-out Plans, Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, and other assigned plans.
• Attend and occasionally conduct technical meetings.
• Prepare and issue meeting minutes and agendas.
• Review Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS plans.
• Report discrepancies or design issues to the Project Manager and prepare clarificatory documents (RFI/VRF).
• Monitor and follow up on resolution of design issues; report delays and provide recommendations.
• Review rehashed estimates of architectural works included in the project contract.
• Ensure drawings released on site are accurate and updated.
• Recommend value engineering or cost-saving measures to the Project Manager.
