We are seeking a junior engineering professional to support our production teams in implementing efficient workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

• To assist in identifying tooling needs on each production cell, document, and standardize tool requirements across work cells.
• To implement new tools and processes for improved efficiency, flow, and waste reduction.
