Qualifications
- Prepares engineering drawings of plans, profiles, Typical sections, cross sections and other typical details based on MTO Standard drawings.
- Should be able to work under minimal supervision and be able to organize and perform tasks necessary to complete assigned projects successfully.
- Set up project reference base files, set up sheets per standards and manage drawings via sheet set manager.
- Adhere to client-specific quality control process (CAD Standards).
- Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment with other CAD Technicians and Engineers.
- Be competent to develop and understand basic alignments in Civil 3D, prepare cross sections and/or extract quantities.
- 3D design and corridor Modelling in Civil3D will be an asset.
- Knowledge of working in Collaborative work Environments such as Sharepoint and Projectwise will be an asset.
