Responsibilities
+ Develop detailed CADD drawings and plans for land development projects.
+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
+ Review and interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design documents.
+ Perform quality control checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of CADD standards and procedures.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CADD technicians.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
+ Strong understanding of land development processes, including site grading, drainage, and utility design.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CADD technician focused on land development projects.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
