Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed CADD drawings and plans for land development projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
  • Review and interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design documents.
  • Perform quality control checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of CADD standards and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CADD technicians.

    • Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Strong understanding of land development processes, including site grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CADD technician focused on land development projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
