Job Description

Salary Range: $58K - $69K

Location: Miami or Ft. Lauderdale office

Position: CADD TECH

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides CADD drafting and design support during the planning, design and construction of engineering projects. 
  • Works within the budget allocated. Identifies budget problems and discusses them with the Project Manager prior to using 50% of allocated time. Works with Project Manager to determine if scope of work or budget needs to be revised.
  • Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawing according to established mark-ups into drawings. Checks and plots drawings. Correctly labels final working drawings. Updates contract drawings/specifications. 
  • Reviews all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to Project Manager for review. 
  • Satisfies client QC requirements for all CADD submittals.
  • Helps maintain the CADD Standard Operating Procedures document.
