Job Summary
Assists and learns in preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals or request for costing and other related documents to identify and compute cost of every windows/doors/screen or railings requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing the request to be estimated by gathering proposals or request for costing plans (floor plans, windows and doors schedules and elevations) and related documents;
• Identifies labor, material and time requirements by studying proposals, plans and related documents;
• Computes cost of every windows/doors/screens/railings and labor requirements;
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information;
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Assists in filing of copy of the contract;
