This is an excellent opportunity for an graduate or estimator early in their career to support the Lead Estimator at this company across projects, gain knowledge, and build experience. Working closely with builders, architects, and suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, take‑offs, and bills of quantities from architectural and engineering drawings
  • Reviewing tender documents and identifying risks, exclusions, and value‑engineering opportunities
