    • Job Description:

  • The position requires an experienced Interior Trim analyst with expertise in supporting all hard trim / soft trim / Door trim /IP trim analysis for product development and evaluations for design release.
  • The candidate should be responsible for evaluating the standard and nonstandard durability & safety load cases assessed for all the trim commodities.
  • Responsible for Interiors Analysis support to day-to-day CAE requests.
  • Setup Interiors model for the respective analysis requirements.
  • Interiors Safety analysis experience is an added advantage
  • Should be expertise in the plastic modelling techniques & connections.
  • Competent in the pre-requisites of the solvers in Abaqus /Ls-Dyna and Nastran.
  • Capable of debugging the analysis model irrespective of the solvers and to identify the root cause of the issues.

    • Requirements:

  • Expertise in Abaqus/Ls-Dyna/Nastran
  • Radioss knowledge is an added advantage
  • Exposure to automotive interiors
  • Exposure to OEM vehicle development process
  • Exposure in CAD system
  • TCL/Python scripts
