Job Description

  • Perform full vehicle and subsystem crash worthiness and occupant safety simulations
  • Build, integrate and debug subsystem models like restraints, seats, dummies, interiors and airbags
  • setup ATD models , evaluate injury metrics and propose design changes,
  • correlate sled and full vehicle crash tests.
  • work closely with design, attribute and supplier teams for design iterations, optimizations
  • document reports, present results and recommendation to customer.
  • Regulatory and Public domain requirements for all loadcases, NCAP scoring points, good understanding of structure interaction with restraints for occupant protection, restraint system function and tuning
