Responsibilities

• Maintains regular and consistently good attendance and punctuality.
• Welcomes and greets guests. Makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Informs guests of specials and menu changes.
• Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answers questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
• Delivers great customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customers. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
