Responsibilities

  • Ensure minimum and maximum food & beverage par stocks for all items, following its quality quantity standards.
  • Ensure that all restaurant staff perform and prepare trading according to outlet policy.
  • Implement a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all subordinates. Ensure proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
  • Keep aware of trends, systems, parties and equipment in food & beverage preparation and service through trade literature and actual visits.
  • Participate in the preparation of a strategic action plan, marketing plan and goals program.
  • Supervise all food and beverage service activities in the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate improvement in the operation and management of the restaurant, to improve service and profits in coordination with the Operations Manager.
