As the Café Manager, you ensure that your team delivers the best customer experience for everyone that visits the café. You secure high quality in all operational aspects of the café and you lead by example. You lead and develop the café team and optimize the café to achieve sales targets and budget, maximize profitability, make sure the café team is up to date on products and sales activities.
