Cafe Service Supervisor  -- Job Description

1. We are a social enterprise cafe serving quality food at good price.

This position of Cafe Service Supervisor will report to the Cafe Manager.  He or She will support the Cafe Manager in overseeing day-to-day front of house operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests.  He or she will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of service staff  –

3. Welcome and settle down guests according to standards.

4. Taking food and drinks order and to provide recommendations where needed.  Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
5. Support Cafe Manager in administrative duties including, dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.
6. Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
7. Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
