About the Role
Cafe Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Cafe Shift Supervisor/ Cafe manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front‑of‑house team. This is a hands‑on role, working on the floor and ensuring smooth service and great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise baristas and FOH staff
- Host during busy periods and assist with table service
- Maintain high service and presentation standards
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Cash handling, stock control, and ordering

- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- barista skills and coffee knowledge / Latte Art
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
