Cafe Worker/Customer Service Role

We have a unique role on offer - Cafe worker / Customer Service Officer at Emerald Airport on a Part Time ongoing Basis.

We are currently looking for an experienced Café worker / Customer Service to work at Emerald Airport on a Part Time basis.

• Extensive barista skills and a passion for coffee.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (desirable).
• Food Handlers Certificate and RSA.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
• Self motivated, proactive, and team oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
• Handle cashiering services, including float balance, voucher redemption, and daily shift reporting.
• Dispense hot beverages and assist with short order cooking.
