The Role
Our Café/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenished condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centres services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
