As a Site Implementation Manager you will be having a customer facing position responsible for end-to-end provisioning process, since order placement with carrier until handover to the end customer (in case of Managed services until Test and Turnup)
And you will do:
- Responsible for customer status updates and communication (excluding initial site validation)
- Oversee all expedites and escalations
- Responsible for Client Request task and communication plan with internal departments
- Responsible for site survey results and communication
- Track Equipment Procurement and Shipment
- Responsible for ordering data lines with telco suppliers,
