    • Your tasks

    Qualification & validation management:

  • Preparation and monitoring of plans for calibration, qualification and validation/monitoring of facilities, equipment and systems.
  • Preparation, execution and reporting of IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.
  • Manage the master plan for qualification, validation and monitoring programs.
  • Reviewing and tracking external subcontractor protocols.

    • Calibration of instruments:

  • Identify and perform calibration of all critical instruments (pharmaceutical processes, HSE).
  • Custody, maintenance and use of reference standards.
  • Coordination of external calibrations and preparation of calibration reports.

    • Documentation and procedures:

  • Creation and regular review of procedures for own area.
  • Updating departmental documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO).

    • Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Assess compliance needs of new and existing systems (Group quality standards, regulatory requirements).
  • Management of change controls.
  • Tracking deviations and incidents through to closure.
  • Implementation of corrective actions from audits/self-inspections.
  • Participation in internal and external audits.

    • Safety and environmental management (HSE):

  • Ensuring annual revalidation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Maintaining and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.

    • Interdisciplinary cooperation:

  • Coordinating with operational departments and the planning department to schedule and carry out work.
  • Participation in new projects and process improvements.

    • Your profile

  • Degree in natural sciences in pharmacy, chemistry or industrial engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of qualification and validation of systems
  • GMP knowledge
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a team
