Role Summary

We’re hiring a remote (India-based) coordinator to own the end-to-end paperwork and administrative workflow for California electrical panel upgrades, ensuring every project is fully documented and compliant for AHJ permitting/inspections, utility requirements, and insurance + lender closeout packages. You’ll be responsible for keeping permits moving, inspections scheduled, and compliance documents complete—so projects never stall due to missing paperwork.
