Job Overview:



Allo Transport is seeking a Call Center Reservation Agent to assist customers with their booking experience and ensure exceptional service.



Responsibilities:



•Communicate service prices and assist customers with their booking experience at the specified location.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, reporting necessary information to the relevant department.
• Use proper telephone etiquette, reservation software, and appropriate linguistic phrases when communicating with clients.

• Handle inbound calls promptly, ensuring reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage online and live chat bookings, as well as respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Respond to online bookings with clear, professional written English.



Qualification:



• English and Arabic proficiency is a must
• Familiar with the use of technology.

• Moderate knowledge in MS word and excel.

• Familiar with figures and numbers and its manipulation.

• Full know how of the major geographical locations in Lebanon.
