Job Description
The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist with logistics-related tasks (dispatching, customer updates, follow-ups, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and partners
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints.
- Collaborating effectively with supply chain, sales and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Recruiting, training, coaching and performance managing the customer service team.
- Managing a team of 11-50 people.
Ideal Profile:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Prior experience in a business, logistics, or high-call-volume role preferred
- Must be proactive, fast-paced, and a hard worker
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
