Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist with logistics-related tasks (dispatching, customer updates, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints.
  • Collaborating effectively with supply chain, sales and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and performance managing the customer service team.
  • Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Ideal Profile:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Prior experience in a business, logistics, or high-call-volume role preferred
  • Must be proactive, fast-paced, and a hard worker
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
