- As a Customer Service Associate for our Global Hotels and Resorts Program in Ilocos, you'll manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, assist with Hilton Honors inquiries, and handle stay complaints and compensation requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries;
- Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
