Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
