Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer outreach
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
  • Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection
