Your Role:

  • Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
  • Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
  • Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Generate & send medical reports

Job Requirements

  • Accepting applicants who are HS graduates, college level, or college graduates
  • No prior experience needed — having experience is simply an advantage
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
