Your Role:
- Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
- Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
- Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate & send medical reports
Job Requirements
- Accepting applicants who are HS graduates, college level, or college graduates
- No prior experience needed — having experience is simply an advantage
- Must possess good communication skills
- Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
