Requirements

  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude
