Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Ensure service quality and meet performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Open to High School (old curriculum), Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and graduates.

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience .

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

  • Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
