Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, assessing their needs, and converting calls into towing jobs. Your role requires excellent communication skills, problem -solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced environment.<\/span>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Actively listen to customers, understand their <\/span>towing and <\/span>roadside assistance needs, and offer appropriate solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and estimated arrival times.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Convert inbound calls into leads by gathering relevant details such as <\/span>vehicle, <\/span>location, issue type, and service requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Secure towing and roadside assistance jobs by effectively communicating service benefits and addressing customer concerns.<\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.<\/span>
<\/p>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with dispatchers and service providers to coordinate job fulfillment.<\/span>
<\/p>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.<\/span>

WORK CONDITION<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

1. <\/span><\/span>This is a on -site position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Location of office: C. Mariano Riva Palacio 1, Col del Lago, 62470 Cuernavaca, Mor., Mexico<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Agents must be available to work shifts aligned with <\/span>Pacific Standard Time (PST)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compensation is provided on a <\/span>weekly basis<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The call center operates <\/span>24/7<\/span><\/b>, and agents will work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior High school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong verbal and written communication skills in <\/span>English<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and call center applications.<\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Google Maps<\/span> to accurately identify customer locations and dispatch services efficiently.<\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to <\/span>think quickly<\/span>, assess customer needs, and provide solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Capable of handling multiple calls and tasks efficiently in a <\/span>fast -paced<\/span> environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to work <\/span>full -time<\/span> on <\/span>Pacific Standard Time (PST)<\/span> schedule.<\/span>
<\/p>

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in <\/span>towing services<\/span>, roadside assistance, or related industries<\/span> (is a plus).<\/span>
