CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)

Job Description

  • Outbound Calls: Conduct calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Inbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries and finalize leads or sales.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Email Support: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • SLA Compliance: Adhere to established service level agreements.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure.
