CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)
Job Description
- Outbound Calls: Conduct calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
- Inbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries and finalize leads or sales.
- Data Management: Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Email Support: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- SLA Compliance: Adhere to established service level agreements.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure.
